The Difference You Will Make

As a Partnership & Expansion Manager, you will act as an expert advisor, working closely with our partners to help them maximize their potential on the InVibz platform. You’ll provide strategic insights, facilitate expansion opportunities, and ensure a seamless experience for our partners as they grow their businesses with us.

A Typical Day

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners and activity providers, helping them optimize their offerings and improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring engagement, satisfaction, and success.
  • Identify growth opportunities and work closely with partners to scale their presence and offerings.
  • Onboard new partners, providing training, insights, and best practices to ensure a smooth integration.
  • Analyze partner performance using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Looker, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and enhance partner success.
  • Handle partner inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving expertise, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Utilize Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk to track and manage partner interactions effectively.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, incentives, and new opportunities to expand partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities to stay ahead of industry shifts.

Your Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, customer success, business development, or a related role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and expansion projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM and partner management tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Gainsight.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping partners succeed.
  • [Bonus] Experience working with marketplace platforms, activity providers, or service-based businesses.
  • [Bonus] A background in business development, account management, or consulting is a plus.

Your Location

This position is fully remote. We support flexible work arrangements and are open to candidates in locations where InVibz has a registered entity. Occasional team offsites or meetups may be encouraged for collaboration and team bonding.
