Who Are Activity Providers?
Activity providers are at the core of the travel and experiences industry. They are individuals and businesses that offer tours, experiences, and unique activities that travelers seek out when exploring new destinations. These can include:
- Tour guides offering city tours, adventure trips, and cultural explorations.
- Adventure providers offering thrilling experiences such as parasailing, scuba diving, skydiving, zip-lining, off-road ATV tours, and hot air balloon rides ect.
- Wellness & lifestyle hosts delivering experiences such as yoga retreats, spa experiences, fitness boot camps, and mindfulness workshops.
- Culinary and creative activity hosts providing cooking classes, wine tastings, art workshops, and cultural craft experiences.
- Transport providers facilitating seamless travel with services such as private shuttles, guided transport tours, and ride-sharing for activity participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with local tour guides, experience hosts, and activity providers, introducing them to the benefits of partnering with InVibz.
- Facilitate onboarding, guiding providers through the sign-up process and ensuring they maximize their visibility on the platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with businesses, event planners, travel operators, and hospitality professionals.
- Act as a brand representative, ensuring providers understand how InVibz can help them grow their business.
- Achieve performance-based goals, including successful provider sign-ups and engagement milestones.
Qualifications & Skills
- No prior experience required—we are looking for individuals who are proactive, outgoing, and eager to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you enjoy connecting with new people and building relationships.

The Difference You Will Make
As a Partnership & Expansion Manager, you will act as an expert advisor, working closely with our partners to help them maximize their potential on the InVibz platform. You’ll provide strategic insights, facilitate expansion opportunities, and ensure a seamless experience for our partners as they grow their businesses with us.
A Typical Day
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners and activity providers, helping them optimize their offerings and improve performance.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring engagement, satisfaction, and success.
- Identify growth opportunities and work closely with partners to scale their presence and offerings.
- Onboard new partners, providing training, insights, and best practices to ensure a smooth integration.
- Analyze partner performance using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Looker, making data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and enhance partner success.
- Handle partner inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving expertise, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
- Utilize Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk to track and manage partner interactions effectively.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, incentives, and new opportunities to expand partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities to stay ahead of industry shifts.
Your Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, customer success, business development, or a related role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and expansion projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM and partner management tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Gainsight.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping partners succeed.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with content creators, designers, and growth teams to develop campaigns that amplify our brand and attract the right audiences. A Typical Day
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel, and Hotjar to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Work closely with the content team to create compelling messaging and storytelling.
- Leverage SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Implement email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or Klaviyo, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
- Develop and execute marketing automation workflows with Zapier, HubSpot, and Marketo to streamline user journeys.
- Conduct A/B testing with Google Optimize, Optimizely, and VWO to enhance conversion rates.
- Manage and grow social media presence using Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later.
